As a client of Wellness on Alon it’s wonderful to be able to get more than just your physical wellness taken care of. The ambience of the surroundings certainly assists in getting one into a more positive mindset even before one ventures into the actual treatment session. My delight when going for my sessions at Wellness at Alon was very much the presence of a coffee shop where I could relax in a serene environment before venturing back out into our crazy world. Wellness on Alon has definitely been a place to treat my physical ailments by the wonderful Doctors available whilst at the same time providing the opportunity for mental well being through the environment and various Therapists available

I started seeing Kareema about 2-3 years ago. I was severely anxious and depressed. I had turn to everything to help including antidepressants and tranquilizers. I reached a point where my anxiety was worsening. My mother had suggested going to see Kareema and I have never looked back. Taking myself off the medication was a extremely difficult period in my life. I used to have panic attacks daily. I was unable to drive. I could hardly eat or sleep. I was burnout from a job that I hated. Since working with Kareema , my life has progressed positively. She has helped me to work through the my anxiety and depression without any medication. I no longer have attacks. I am confidently driving again. I am eating well and sleeping better than ever. I have also managed to complete a course and maintain a demanding job. She has given me all the tools I need to become the most authentic version of myself.
I started my life coaching sessions at Wellness on Alon at the beginning of 2019 and I have never looked back. I have always had a very personalized experience with Kareema and have never felt like a number. I always look forward to my visits at the center and I am so grateful to have crossed paths with Kareema. She has truly helped me with my anxiety by using many different techniques such as TRE, breath work and kinesiology. I always leave my sessions with another skill I can include in my day to day life.
