Rate Card

Package includes (for up to 40 people)

  • Venue use with all equipment (as detailed below)
  • Freshly made popcorn and a bottled water (for each attendee)
  • Self service water station

Available Times

Workshops and events may be held at the ‘Learn and Share’ Venue space :-

Full days – R1450

  • Weekdays from 9.00am to 4.30pm (Registration on arrival from 9 – 9.30)
  • Saturdays and Sundays 9.00am – 4pm

Half days – R850

  • Weekdays 9.00am – 12.30pm OR 1.00pm – 4.30pm
  • Weekends 9.00am -12.30pm OR12.30pm – 4.00pm

Additional hours can be arranged based on availability at R320p/hour.

Equipment included in the venue hire

  • Wall mounted tv screen - with facility for usb and ability to attach to laptop for projection
  • Projector (available on request)
  • Bluetooth speaker
  • Free standing white board - (markers - R50 for 3) and (flip charts R250 - can be arranged on request)
  • Tables, 10 black/white tablecloths and 40 chairs
  • Airconditioning
  • Free Wi-Fi

Additional equipment, Decor, Flowers and Gifting can be arranged on request.

A deposit of 60% will secure your date.

No outside food allowed at the venue.
